Our fees

Our goal is to base our fees on the value we add and, in support of this goal, we have adopted a flexible fee structure which includes project-based fees, retainers and hourly rates (some of our clients prefer this option). 

We don’t like surprises when it comes to fees and we’re pretty sure you don’t either so we will quote you before we do any billable work (we sometimes do work at no cost, we’re give back to our community of friends and supporters). We will only charge you for our work once we have agreed on a fee. Our payment terms may also vary depending on who you are and how long we have worked with you.

As a general practice, we ask our clients for deposits in advance. We love our clients but we love our staff and families more.
